Michigan Inventing New Ways to Lose to Inferior Teams?

I don’t mean to get in the business of the Maize and Blue, but given Oregon’s dominance of them, I feel fairly comfortable saying this. Rich Rodriguez has lost his mind. The Wolverines are going to use three quarterbacks in their their home opener against Western Michigan. One of them doesn’t bother tying his shoes. Is he going for the trifecta? First it was Appalachian State, then Toledo and now, well, would anyone be surprised at this point if Western Michigan made a game of it?

Perhaps Rodriguez realized that two quarterback systems never work. As Exhibit A, I present Jason Fife and Kellen Clemens. Given that, he’s said the hell with it, “I’ll do three!” This promises to be interesting.

Now, back to Pac-10 things.
